As super{set}’s Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO), KC Maxwell helps s{s} portfolio companies develop winning strategies, habits, and platforms for talent, growth, innovation and collaboration to unleash the power of the hive—individually and collectively. 

Starting from the conviction that company-building is a team sport, KC works with Founders and management teams as an in-house performance coach to harness opportunities for knowledge-sharing to measurably increase results for our portfolio companies.  She designs and leads the super{set} Dojo, which gives active coaching and hands-on mentorship to founders, executives, and employees using super{set}'s proven leadership principles and practices. 

KC works with teams to define their values and advance their people objectives through every stage of the employee journey (hiring, retention, growth, transition), with a long-term commitment to cultivating the super{set} community of like-minded, entrepreneurial doers who continually support and learn from each other. 

KC attended New Mexico State University and earned her MBA and JD from The University of New Mexico. She enjoys exploring the hills of the Marin peninsula and the beaches of the Hawaiian islands.
